Oftentimes, management of a company may get a feeling that all is not well within the workplace: Rumors, innuendos, anonymous tips, loss in inventory, the odor of alcohol or marijuana permeating from a group of employees after lunch, etc., are signs of violations that may be the tip of the iceberg. Now, with the ability to vape odorless marijuana with a higher THC level, it makes it even harder to detect.

By using an undercover, we are often able to provide a company with facts about its employees. I’m sure you know by now, if you ask an employee if he/she is involved in any malfeasant activity at work, their response is going to be, “No.”

Undercover investigations provide information regarding but not limited to theft, drugs, sexual harassment, vandalism, or potential violence. We will report the methods of theft (if any) and the final destination of stolen products or materials.

If stolen merchandise is being sold to outside receivers, they will also be identified and investigated. If employees are proxy punching time cards, or if lower-level managers are allowing employees to violate rules, you will know by the direct interaction our undercover operatives have with your employees. We will provide to you enough information to make either a civil or criminal case against the individuals causing harm to your company, if that’s what you choose to do.
